This camp will focus on learning how to protect the place we love: Schlitz Audubon. We will identify and remove invasive plants and animals, plant native plants and establish a pollinator garden, and test water quality and monitor the diversity of our ponds. We will get our hands dirty as we learn the science of what it takes to care for the land and its inhabitants.
These camps are designed specifically to extend the learning, sense of community, and hiking skills developed during a school year at Nature Preschool. Each camp features extended hikes, cooperative play, themed hands-on activities, and fun! Children must be a current or former Schlitz Audubon Nature Preschool student.
Members $175 | Non-Members $210
