Calling all critter and nature enthusiasts! Ever dream of working with animals? This hands-on week explores real careers that care for wildlife and protect their habitats. Campers will help care for reptile and amphibian Animal Ambassadors, tour the raptor building for a behind-the-scenes look at birds of prey, and head into the field to search for indicator species and assess habitats. The week wraps up with an introduction to veterinary medicine and wildlife rehabilitation, including guided animal health investigations and a look at raptor anatomy.
